Back in the Saddle!

It’s been a hot second, a pandemic, a few major life changes, but I’m ready to reconstitute the Dutch Mill Tours adventure!

It’s now April of 2024. I haven’t been able to go to the Netherlands since the Pandemic! I’m itching to get there and to get some milling done!

We are starting again. Fresh. Here is what we are planning.

All tours are custom tours. If you have a time frame or an amount of time you’d like to go and experience Dutch Wind Mills, I’m all up for full customization! Minimum of four participants, maximum of seven.

Tours can be of any duration between two days and seven days. Just remember that we need a travel day on either end of any itinerary. So a two day trip is really a four day trip, etc.

We are also able to schedule our original 1300’s to the 1920’s tour and Star Fort tours you can see on our main website. Nothing is scheduled or booked but can be in short order.

Spouse option: If your partner wants to go to the Netherlands and doesn’t want to join you on the tour we can help arrange for an amazing time doing just about anything that the Netherlands has to offer that isn’t mill-related. Spa vacations. Bike tours. Hiking tours. City tours. Wine tours. Flower tours. History tours. Museum tours, and more! Just let us know what your partner is interested in and we can craft a great time while you and your friends are out doing mill stuff (and what mill stuff!!!).

So reach out to your spouse and your friend group. Don’t miss out on this opportunity of a lifetime!

You will never get a chance to visit these mills with a certified Dutch miller (I’m American by the way) and get all of the stories from the millers, set sails, start and stop the mills, turn them into the wind and work them. A truly unique experience!
